Mistletoe for Cancer

A Supportive Therapy for Cancer

Mistletoe for cancer therapy (Helixor M) has historically been used along with conventional treatments to offset the side-effects of chemotherapy and radiation, such as nausea, vomiting, lack of appetite, and fatigue. It can also be used to diminish tumor-related pain and to reduce the risk of tumor recurrence. Mistletoe contains two proteins that offer support by boosting the immune system cells to fight cancer and inhibit tumor growth. An added benefit is that is has been shown to provide protection for healthy cells. It is administered with a small injection into the fatty layer of the skin three times a week. Collaboration with medical team requested.
